Mr. Leng went above and beyond for us. He was kind, friendly and took the time to understand our needs. He did not rush us and explained the whole process throughly, answering my million and one questions. We were very worried after a previous bad experience and he put us at ease, offering several options so we got the best deal. I would 100% recommend! Also helps that I love my new car!

The staff and management were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were not pushy about a sale and were very understanding after an incident on a test drive and willing to find compromises that satisfied both parties. They seem to be honest salespeople that do their homework regarding the guys they onboard when it comes to previous owners and sales history. Even though I didn't buy a car from them, it was not because of the quality of their wares nor the contents of their character - I see no reason why someone shouldn't do business with them.

I recently bought a car from Firstlinecars Ltd and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming from the start, and the car itself has been brilliant.After I bought the car, they fixed the air conditioning and replaced a few weak/damaged parts without charging me anything extra, as it was all included in the price of the car. We had quite a long journey to get back to them for the repairs, and they even contributed towards our petrol costs, which was a really thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.A special thanks to Suiki, who organised most of everything. He was always helpful, kept me updated, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.I’d happily recommend Firstlinecars Ltd to anyone looking for a car.
